Ninja Lab Open Gym
Welcome to our Ninja Lab Open Gym, designed for everyone from elementary school students to adults! This is the perfect opportunity to hone your obstacle skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Key Details:
- Ages: Elementary school through adult. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
-Focus: Work on obstacle skills with the guidance of a coach who will be present to answer any questions.
-Rules:
- Must obey all rules, including practicing obstacles under control.
- Listen to instructions from staff at all times.
-Space:
- For "Ninja Lab" space only.
- Use of personal training equipment is prohibited.
-Waiver: Must have a specific Ninja Open Gym waiver on file.
-Cleanliness: Must have clean shoes.
-Sessions: Must have valid open gym sessions on account.
-Reservation: The Ninja Open Gym space is limited. Please reserve your spot online ahead of time to
ensure availability.

Meet Lead Coach
Tony Matt
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the fitness industry, Tony Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to The Training Lab. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Advanced Health Coach, Tony has empowered countless individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized coaching and holistic wellness strategies.
Tony's passion for ninja sports and obstacle course racing has led him to achieve a series of certifications, including UNAA Level 2 Ninja Coach, Spartan SGX Level 2 Coach, and Bioforce Certified Conditioning Coach. These credentials reflect his commitment to providing top-tier training and support to athletes of all levels.
In addition to his extensive coaching qualifications, Tony is also a VDOT Certified Running Coach and RockTape Functional Movement Training Certified, allowing him to offer specialized guidance in running mechanics and injury prevention.
Tony's diverse skill set and unwavering dedication to fitness make him a driving force behind The Training Lab's mission to create a supportive and empowering training environment for the community of Northwest Indiana. Through his leadership, Tony continues to inspire and motivate individuals to overcome obstacles and reach new heights in their fitness journey.
